Love Plus hires Assistant Brand Manager

Love Plus is looking to enlarge its marketing team by hiring a junior marketing professional in the position of Assistant Brand Manager (ABM).


General Job Description

· The ABM will be responsible for specific tasks related to the execution of various marketing actions under the LP brand strategy. Three major areas of focus will be under the strategy:

o Continuous consumer insight to level up LP at the edge of meeting target group needs.

o Continuous improvement of product features / product management

o Communication activities to consumers and trade, both uni-directional and bi-directional.

· The ABM will have the chance to manage on his/her own smaller projects under the brand strategy under coordination of brand management team

· The ABM will have specific tasks of keeping continuous track of youth trends and culture through various unconventional consumer insights collection techniques

· The ABM will closely work with the Brand Management team to ensure administrative duties of marketing function

· The ABM will be interlinked with the Sales team for cross consumer-trade actions

· The ABM will be closely connected to the Youth program to deliver best overlap between social and commercial objectives of Love Plus and Fac Ce Vreau Dar Stiu Ce Fac program

· Love Plus brand team is envisioning growth of the ABM position into a future brand manager of Love Plus.

Minimal application requirements are:

· ASE/Economic University students terminal years, preferably under Marketing department or with some applied marketing experience

· English speaking advanced

· PC Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet/Email. Good knowledge of latest trends in youth internet activities. Preference to candidates with some knowledge in SPSS, Adobe Photoshop, Corel

· Soft skills: well organized, socially interconnected, dynamic, creative, interpersonal communication skills; non-discriminatory / non-judgmental attitude to minorities, team player, open and flexible, constructive and solution oriented.
